Exterior cladding is one of the most visual parts of any home, playing a key role in defining a building’s style, articulating its architectural moves and introducing the aesthetic and tone.

PlaceMakers has one of the largest ranges of cladding in New Zealand, from natural timber, composite and metal to fibre cement, plaster, brick and blocks.

Austral and Monier clay bricks by The Brickery (top left), for example, are available in a huge range of colours, textures and sizes. Cool in summer and warm in winter, clay brick provides long lasting performance and a high level of design freedom.

ITI Timspec Weathertex (below left) is an Australian cladding panel manufactured from natural timber and wax. Chemical free and easy to install, it is available in three profiles to create designs ranging from traditional to overtly contemporary.

Dynex PALLISIDE weatherboards (top) combine the natural shadow lines and definition of timber weatherboards with a durable, low-maintenance finish designed for New Zealand’s harsh weather conditions.
