Adding to its series of considered, sculptural lighting found throughout contemporary New Zealand homes, Powersurge introduces a new collection of illustrious illumination.

“With the Flute collection, I wanted to give brass room to express itself,” says Todd Stevenson, founder and designer of Powersurge. “The rhythm of the fluting, the depth of the shadows, the warmth when it catches the light — that’s where the beauty emerges.”

The collection comprises three pieces: the Flute Pendant, Flute Duo Pendant, and Flute Wall Light. Each is crafted by hand in the Tāmaki Makaurau studio, shaped from solid brass and finished with a clear satin lacquer. The Flute Pendant, offered in four lengths, houses a dimmable LED that allows for a subtle shift in atmosphere.

The Duo Pendant extends this sculptural language, casting light both above and below. Finally, the Flute Wall Light adds tactile richness to Powersurges’ refined line of wall lighting. It’s minimal in profile, yet rich in detail.

The Flute Collection is available in aged, dark antique and blackend brass finishes.
