Timeless charm

Delivering contemporary innovation, Gerard Roofing’s concealed fastening technology allows for beauty and longevity.

Charm meets strength in the CF Shake - a durable Gerard panel with deep-ribbed profile and corrosion-resistant layers.

The CF Shake has been specifically designed to embrace the charm of a shake combined with the strength and durability of a Gerard panel. Its deep-ribbed profile enhances the shadow lines and creates visual contrast. A core layer of .39 steel sandwiched between corrosion resistant layers of zinc-aluminium alloy means CF Shake panels are strong and more resistant to physical damage.

When used with the concealed fastening (CF) system, screws are completely hidden from sight – and the elements – with every tile hooked into the next to deliver a streamlined and high performing roof. The interlocking system makes it the ideal solution for new roofs or for re-roofing; it can be installed on a ply substrate or battens. The unique installation process allows for weather performance in an enormous variety of configurations, even on low-inclined roofs (from 15°).
