Social Gallery: Home of the Year 2026

The 2026 Home of the Year awards evening saw more than 200 architects, designers, suppliers, and homeowners gather for a night of celebration at the Studio Italia showroom in Auckland.

Guided by MC Carly Flynn, the night balanced celebration with reflection — an opportunity to recognise not only the year’s most compelling homes, but the community that brings them into being.

Explore the gallery below for highlights from an evening that celebrated the calibre of work shaping residential architecture in New Zealand today, and the people behind it.

We extend our sincere thanks to our Home of the Year partners — Peter Fell, Dulux, Feltex, Studio Italia, and CSR — whose support makes these celebrations possible.

A special thanks also to our event partners — Hey Love Florals, Wairau River, Zeffer, and San Pellegrino — ensuring it was a night to remember.
