Here, the blue palette, carried seamlessly from interior to exterior, ultimately reads as its own neutral, while spatial reconfigurations throughout the home reclaim under-utilised volumes and deepen connections to the landscape and coastal aspect.
Ingenuity lies in what was found rather than added: a mud room carved from a new internal garage link, a laundry relocated in reclaimed garage volume, a mezzanine removed to allow for a walk-in wardrobe and Jack and Jill bathroom.
Art and colour communicate with each other here in ways that go well beyond trend or resale value, expressing a personality that is singular, confident, and entirely at ease.
Not for Resale by House Party Interiors received Highly Commended in the Colour Category of the Interior of the Year Awards 2026.
