Rogan Nash Architects is an Auckland-based residential architecture and interiors practice, founded in 2012 by directors Eva Nash and Kate Rogan. The practice’s work is guided by one idea: architecture for a lifetime of living.
Rogan Nash Architects designs new houses and renovations across Auckland and further afield, from villa renovations in Grey Lynn and Ponsonby to new builds and holiday homes on Waiheke Island, in Matakana, and along the Coromandel. The practice’s projects have been recognised with multiple New Zealand Institute of Architects awards, including a Heritage Award, and a 2024 Interior Awards Kitchen of the Year.
Both directors are NZRAB registered architects and Fellows of the New Zealand Institute of Architects, with a combined track record spanning fifty years. The practice takes projects from early concept through to construction, shaping not just the building but its fixed interior elements — joinery, cabinetry, lighting, tiles, and finishes — so that every part of the home works together.
Having each built and renovated their own family homes, the directors understand what clients go through, and bring that firsthand experience to every project they take on.
