Home of the Decade 2015 – 2025: The finalists

To mark the 30th anniversary of the Home of the Year Awards, this year we look back at ten years of exceptional New Zealand architecture. 

One home will be named the overall winner and Home of the Decade. Our judges, Federico Monsalve, Kate Rogan, Charles Walker, and Clare Chapman, have narrowed down 30 finalists.

Explore each of the finalists below, and vote for the home you believe should receive the Readers’ Choice Home of the Decade Award. 

The winner will be announced at an exclusive awards ceremony in Auckland in late March, and will be featured in the April/May 2025 issue of HOME, and across all channels.
